This was on the front page at melodicrock.com One possibility could be Van Halen, but DLR just signed on to do radio?
What does everyone think? What groups come to mind beside Journey?
"It has been a while since I threw a few rumours out there, so without going into too much detail, here are just a few that might come to light in coming weeks:
Following the recent trend of co-headlining tours, could another interesting package be in the making for the US later this year?
Could an exiled frontman of a once popular American hard rock outfit be convinced it would be a great idea to re-join his band mates for a short but lucrative tour?
Could a popular American melodic rock outfit be in the midst of a line-up change, without telling some current members?"

I believe the source of this information to be VERY unreliable. This was on the front page at melodicrock.com One possibility could be Van Halen, but DLR just signed on to do radio? What does everyone think? ; I think anything said at the Crock Pot needs to be taken with many grains of salt! Personally I do not go there...I have all the funny stuff I need delivered straight to my inbox from a few joke sites...

David Lee Roth was interviewed 2-3 weeks ago, and he personally confirmed at THAT time he WAS / IS one of 2 people replacing Howard Stern.
Have a great day...

I refuse to get sucked into this one, especially with the "info" coming from that source. I'd love to believe "it" (and you know what I'm tallking about) would happen, but I just don't think it is even a remote possibility.

Looks like there has been a site update at the Crock and the DLR & SP rumors have been squashed.

"Following yesterday's rumours update - No, none of them refer to Van Halen. No, Steve Perry isn't returning to Journey! The melodic rock band changing line-ups is House Of Lords - I didn't expect that news to come so soon" I've found this today on the front page at melodicrock.com., once again another rumour

I think MR is an ok site. The info on the home page is most accurate. This particular info was STATED as rumors and it could have been any band.
It's the message board that gives the site a bad rep.

The message board and the site are both run by the same person. I think MR is an ok site. The info on the home page is most accurate. This particular info was STATED as rumors and it could have been any band. It's the message board that gives the site a bad rep.

Yes they are run by the same person, but I have found Andrews news about bands on the home page to be accurate.
He has many message boards and he happens to give ALOT of freedom to the posters. I don't have a problem with that.
I don't always like what is posted but it certainly makes for interesting reading or I just skip over it!

It has been my experience that he does not give the same freedom to Perry fans as he does to the ones who bash both Perry and his fans. I have also found his sources to be inaccurate on more than one occasion. He does not respond well to that being called to his attention.
