No not THAT stuff, you know the stuff Steve has commented on in the past (songs he did that are in the can in the closet)... I wonder if or when we will ever hear them... I think the Against the wall stuff was great, it's a shame that stuff had to sit for years unreleased. Just makes me wonder how many others are like that, or that for whatever reason (Steve or label control) were not released due to whatever reason. There really aren't any songs I have heard Steve sing that I really don't like or can't listen to, so I can't imagine hearing something I would just turn off or hate, especially with his voice attached to it. Anyways I hope we don't have to wait for him to pass on and get dribbles of the material 20 yrs from now (like Sam Cooke stuff) each year SAR releases a bit more unreleased or unheard stuff from Sam, I don't know how much control is given by the family or label or what but it's a shame that ALL the music isn't out there to hear. Oh and Sony - I WANT MY FTLOSM (Videos) DVD! I know they never proshot a concert but they DID do videos for a few of the songs... Moyes doesn't even have them (I tried). Bill  |

I think it would be great to have the FTLOSM videos...I've only seen a snippet of one of them, Steve in an old house out in the desert somewhere...don't even remember the song it was for.
Too bad the recording industry here doesn't do like they do in Europe. Over there, they periodically go through the stuff in storage and release things. No need to wait for the performer to pass on. I love Steve's voice, and I cannot imagine not liking anything he sang either. So far, I've loved it all.

I have seen you better wait, and missing you so far, and I think there was a mix of recording studio type stuff put together for one other song too...
I will have to ask moyes on that to confirm, I did ask him if he had copies of them but he said no...

I would love to see anything from the FTLOSM Tour or any of the videos!! I've missed them all!! I bet Steve has SO much stuff in that closet, Bill, maybe one of the things he is getting 'sprung" to do is to release some of it. Now there seems to be one more added to the closet. There is the song co written and sung with David Pack that did not make the new Pack CD. I have a few dvd's bought off e-bay that have videos from FTLOSM. Only one in full, the others are pieces...but better than nothing. Wish I had the whole one to, "I AM". Love the small part I do have. It would be great if they would some day release all the songs and videos stashed on a shelf. Here's Hoping!!  |

I would LOVE to have a DVD of ALL of Steve's solo music . He could take video's of all his solo music & even interviews that he has done over the years & put them all on a DVD. I would buy that in a heart beat!!!

Ok you wanted more unreleased stuff,well I am the proud owner of a mp3 of "Congratulations",a song which Perry recorded with Tony Brock who also wrote "It wont be you" that ended up on Greatest Hits plus 5.
I could trade it with anyone who has something rare :-)
