So who do ya'll think they'll get next? Or are they done? Personally, I don't think any one of the names floating around on the boards could save the trainwreck that is/was Journey. Well, except Perry, and that ain't happening. I hear Sanjaya is looking for a gig...lol. Ok, I know it's not funny, it's sad really. I also heard from a couple of different sources that Schon and the latest Mrs. are divorcing. I guess she hit her expiration date (25th birthday). Neal apparantly can't play nice with anyone...
sparkle, disgruntled x-Journey fan who hasn't really been gruntled since Perry left...

Sparkle, I don't think they should hire anyone else... It would have to be Perry for me, but like you said, that is not going to happen. They could try to talk Deen C. into being lead singer, but he has said in the past that he doesn't want to be a lead singer. Journey's future sure is uncertain right now with everthing up in the air, but hey, Perry said, in one of those Soprano's interview that HE is writing music again...so that's a real good thing for us fans!  |

Looks like they are leaning toward Jeremey Hunsicker, but who knows. Whatever singer they can control the easiest is the one they'll hire.
To re-use an old phrase....it's a Perry-less Journey, so who cares?

Nothing now, we just hope Perry will do something and that's it! I mean I don't think anyone can ever take his place or do him justice in Journey no matter how hard they try. If they had a brain they should of had him cloned ;D

I'm not trying to put any pressure on Perry ;D  , but NOW would be a great time for Perry to do his OWN thing musically, with all the negativity surrounding Neal & Jon. Perry's OWN music would be hugely supported , and bring ALOT of happiness to the fans, Especially me!!! ;D |

Me, too! I wish he'd even just put some new songs out on iTunes like he talked about doing once.
