Alrighty, this is my first time making a board here.... I'm Spooke as you can see. I created this board to introduce my Steve Perry comics and drawings I do for fun and share with you guys here! Some might know of them, and some might not. But I see my animated shorts have been linked here before I joined the boards! So....I'm gonna try this out. This is the official Saga of the 7 Steves Facebook page... www.facebook.com/The7StevesComics I have also, written up bios for the 7 main Steves in the series. Evolution, Escape, Frontiers, Street Talk, Raised On Radio, For The Love Of Strange Medicine and Steve of the Present Day. I could try and attach the files of the drawing and paste the bio on the board. Thanks all! -Spooke Attachments:

Here is Evolution Steve from the comics. You could say Evolution is the youngest of the bunch. He tends to be shy around others and he doesn't talk much- But when he does, he usually says the nicest things he can. Although he tries to be helpful and sweet to others, it isn't always the best idea when the good is towards Frontiers Steve, as you know, isn't always a happy camper. "The Mustache Incident" really ruined Evolution's friendly relationship with Frontiers. Evolution mistook Frontiers' mustache for a caterpillar on his face and was close to yanking it off. Here is the animated cartoon of that story I made in this link youtu.be/BHnJZiQAd7o . After all that, Evolution likes to keep his distance. Evolution often gets made fun of by Raised On Radio Steve because of the black spandex and laced up pants he wears. He is seen to be around Strange Medicine Steve the most, since he gives him good advice about things and always brings him up when he's feeling down. To sum up Evolution, He is just a quiet, calm, and easy-going loveable guy. Attachments:

Here is Escape Steve Perry from the comics. Escape Steve is always happy and full of energy. He trys to be helpful to Present Steve in any way possible and he is most encouraging out of the other 6. While being the content one, he is also curious too. He once wanted to know what Strange Medicine Steve's long hair felt like and ended up getting pelted with hairties. Lesson learned: Never touch Strange Medicine's hair. Attachments:

Here is Frontiers Steve from the comics. Frontiers is known to be the most aggressive Steve out of the 7. He has a short-temper but knows how to handle it sometimes. Like real Steve from the Frontiers era, his singing voice is more gruff than the past years. Evolution Steve likes to keep his distance from this guy since the incident with Frontiers' mustache(Evolution mistook it for a caterpillar and almost yanked it off). Attachments:

Here is Street Talk Steve from the comics. Street Talk. Recognized by his light gray fedora and shy smile, he is the innocent, sweet and friendly one of the bunch. He is very trustworthy and honest. Present Steve favors him quite a bit out of the 6 Steves of the past. As it has been well shown in the past few months that Street Talk isn’t quite the best of friends with Raised On Radio Steve. ROR and Street Talk have had a 2 month ongoing feud about ROR stealing cookies from Street Talk. It all started where Street Talk was getting his cookie out of the jar(The rest have had theirs. Street Talk was the last to get one) and ROR comes along and hovers over him trying to get the cookie from him. ROR ends up tricking him and snatching it. Therefore, it has been that way with the two ever since. Will the Cookie Feud ever end for good? We’ll never know! You can view that story of the first time Street Talk got his cookie stolen here: i766.photobucket.com/albums/xx305/Halloweenkomori/TheWaytheCookieCrumbles.jpg . Street Talk has a better friendship with the older Steves like Present and Strange Medicine since the others sometimes ignore him and leave him out of things. But he knows better than to believe that nobody cares for him, because there are many out there who love him(and love him enough to bake him cookies). In this animated short I made called “It’s Mine”, Street Talk tells ROR Steve to back off and that the cookie is “his, all his”. youtu.be/6r5-EwARoY0. Attachments:

Here is Raised On Radio Steve from the comics. or ROR Steve for short. Known for his master pranking and cookie snatching, ROR Steve is the most fun-loving and devious Steve you'll ever meet. You may see him as a no good troublemaker, But ROR has some compassion(I said "some") for other people whenever he's in the mood. He is obsessed with coffee will not stop drinking it until someone finds him with hiding behind the couch with the coffee pot. That shows you why he's exploding with energy all the time. While he is also known to pick on Street Talk Steve pretty much all the time. Mentioned in Street Talk's bio, He and ROR have a feud going on between each other over cookies. Whenever ROR sees one of those, his eyes lock onto it and he waits for the moment to snatch it from poor little Street Talk. "That fly who won't quit buzzing in your ear." as Strange Medicine Steve describes him. ROR can be a pest not only to Street Talk, but to the other Steves also. For example, ROR Steve is becoming quite fond of playing around with Strange Medicine Steve's long, shiny hair, which is NOT the best idea. Strange Medicine is very protective over his hair and hates for it to be touched. Another example is he always gets on Present Day Steve's bad side by getting into trouble, starting fights with the other Steves, and singing obnoxiously at the top of his lungs while spinning in circles. Present takes action very quickly when it comes to those situations and so ROR gets himself sent to the closet and being locked up for hours for misbehaving/stealing cookies from Street Talk. He has a pretty strong friendship with Frontiers Steve as they are both very similar. ROR and Frontiers are both pranksters/troublemakers, so they usually team up to play a prank on whoever! But they sometimes disagree with each other and start fights. In the Birthday Special comic for Steve's 63rd birthday(The first comic where all the Steves are introduced), ROR insults Frontiers' mustache which caused a nasty punch to ROR's jaw. As it is mentioned earlier that he has compassion for others. Also meaning other Steves. In the animated short "It's Mine", ROR steals Street Talk's cookie yet again. After the fact that ROR almost got away with it until he ran into Present Day Steve. Present Steve suggests he'd give it back to Street Talk. As stubborn as ROR is, he gives it back. He wasn't too delighted, but he got half of the cookie at the end out of Street Talk's kindness. Here is the link for a refresher: youtu.be/6r5-EwARoY0 . Another time ROR shows his sweet side is in the "Be Good To Yourself" animated short. ROR is the one who gathers the other 6 Steves to visit Present Steve and give him his Magic Microphone to sing the song with them. Here is the link to that: youtu.be/clufNyVEF6k . See? ROR isn't ALL bad! well...show him the keys to the punishment closet, and then he'll be good. Attachments:

Here is For The Love Of Strange Medicine Steve or Strange Medicine for short. He is described as the mature, creative and mysterious one. He has a wide imagination and likes going outdoors to admire the beauty of nature. He is usually seen around Present Day Steve. He is always faithful and is always there for him. Whenever Steve isn't around(or at a baseball game), Strange Medicine is in charge of the household until Steve returns. Strange Medicine is known to be very mature and doesn't find interest in pulling pranks like ROR or running around singing for no reason like Escape, He'd rather take a walk or just write. Despite his calm attitude...There is another side to him that is the opposite of calm. Strange Medicine has a big problem with people touching his long, faded brown, shiny hair. Escape Steve has discovered that if anyone tries to touch that hair even with one finger, Strange Medicine loses it and whips out at least 15 hairties and flings them at you and tells you ONCE...."Nobody Touches The Hair". Strange Medicine loves animals as well. He once saved a California Garter Snake from being almost seriously hurt by a phone book that ROR threatened to smack it with when the 6 Steves found the snake inside the house. Strange Medicine hated what ROR was about to do to it. He explained to the Steves that the snake was just trying to find somewhere to stay cool since it was blazing hot outside and it wanted nothing to do with them. It's just a harmless snake. He then found a nice place to keep it from the heat. The mysterious side to Strange Medicine is that he is somewhat unpredictable and speaks of almost random things. Nobody knows why. Also, whenever he sees a breeze outside, he goes out and stands there for a long time and lets it flow through his hair. He says it makes him feel good. He also goes out to the deserted area far away from everything. Of course, its nice to get away sometimes....Far, far away in his case. Strange Medicine is always willing to make new friends and hang out, But he keeps in mind about meeting new lady friends and knowing that they'd obviously want to feel that hair, so he just bears with the fact that there's a 97 % chance it'll be touched. Sorry, Strange Medicine....But the Girls Can't Help It. Attachments:

Here is Present Day Steve from the comics. The 6 Steves call him Steve though. This Steve represents Steve Perry of today(2012). He plays the "father" role in the Steve comics. He is very wise, caring, and has a good sense of humor. While him being in charge of everything going on in the Perry Mansion, He makes sure to grab every tail on the tailcoat that causes disruption and fighting. Meaning usually ROR Steve. Present Steve has a very hard time with ROR because he never even tries to respect his fellow Steves. So the way he handles him is grabbing him by the tails on his tailcoat and drags him to the Punishment Closet and locks him with the keys only he holds onto. ROR ends up keeping his distance from Steve after that. Steve is very fond of Street Talk out of all of the 6 Because he is the most trustworthy and sweet one out of them all and Steve knows he can ask Street Talk if anything has been going on, and Street Talk will tell him everything. Now, Strange Medicine is also one Steve can trust since he is very mature and smart. Strange Medicine stands by Steve and supports him any way he can. Steve also owns a precious possession given to him by the 6 Steves. It's a Microphone with a Cobalt Blue opal gem in the center with a "SP" in the gem. Steve treasures it very much because it was given to him by ones who care so much about him. Now is he going to use it? Future Concert? We'll never know! Steve is very good at keeping secrets too. Just in case he decides to POSSIBLY sing and record a new album, he doesn't want any of the Steves telling it to the world out of nowhere before he announces it himself. Steve has used the microphone only once in the animated short " Be Good To Yourself", when the 6 Steves try and encourage him to get back into it. In the animated short "Don't Stop Believin'", The 6 Steves create a stage for Steve to finally sing again. Unfortunately, Steve tells them that he isn't ready for it yet and that it's a decision HE needs to make on his own. But in the end he tells them "Don't Stop Believin'" because anything could happen if you just keep on believing in something that you want to accomplish. Here is the short: youtu.be/aUSkmKVdBbs . Another thing about Steve is that he cares for a stray cat that he found outside the Perry Mansion one day while watering the garden. He named it Giant after his favorite baseball team, the San Francisco Giants(Steve also owns a Black and Orange tailcoat to represent his team). Steve sometimes sneaks Giant inside the mansion to feed him salmon that Steve had cooked. The other 6 have no idea that Steve has a new little buddy. But soon enough, they'll find out. Steve also cooks. The 6 Steves are CRAZY about his unique dishes. Whenever Steve isn't around to cook, they go into panic because there is no "Steve Food" around. Good thing is, Street Talk learns from him and is pretty decent at cooking(especially pastas). Steve knows he isn't as young and energized as he used to be. Just take a look at Escape Steve or ROR Steve! They're always bouncing off the walls with high energy. So he sometimes takes time to remember the days when that was who he was. Time flies and people grow older....but wiser too! And that is who he is now. The Head of the 7 Steves team! He has a responsibility and takes it seriously. He loves his fellow Steves and wants the best for each one (Yes...Even ROR). Attachments:

Man, where do I begin! I don't even know. All I know is I really like creating personalities/characters, and doing the Steves from my comics idea just hit me. So I decided to write what they are like in my series. I somewhat portray them as how Steve kind of was during said era. Example: Escape Steve is the one that is most happy and has good energy. While from what I have seen, Steve during 1981, Escape Era, seemed mostly like that. I really study on what Steve was like by watching concerts, interviews and seeing photos too.

I peeped your profile, the fact that you are 15 makes what you do all the more amazing. I think most people have a talent or talents, rather or not they tap into them is another matter. I express my creativity through fan fiction, drawing and painting. I'd love to get back to my drawing. I've only attempted one drawing of Steve, if I had a scanner I would post it (I'm a pretty good artist, but I'm a perfectionist so it may take me a little longer with a drawing of a particular person if I really want to get their likeness down) Anyway just wanted to give you your props. It's great and im not just saying that.
