To nip things in the bud - hopefully - let me nicely and respectfully "say" the following:
1. As the entry message of this forum said - this is for fans of Steve Perry. Note: it does not say fans of Journey. Does this mean we or I do not like Journey? If you read the words carefully it says what it says --- and what I mean ---- this is for fans of Steve Perry.
2. Due to the disrespectful, mean, and deceitful deeds of some the former Hotel Perry suffered deletion and trouble. That will not be tolerated here. The best way for me and the other appointed moderators to protect this area of conversation, friendship, and music is to grant access to messages before they are posted. Does that mean I or us do not trust you? It means that caution is the needed attitude due to immaturity, vanity, deceitfulness, and flat out disrespect. I/We hope you understand and help us keep this place going and thriving.
3. Profanity, pornography, and other indecent things will not be tolerated. Result will be immediate banishment to the cold world outside our doors. :-)
And lastly - thanks Bill A. for being supportful. ;D

Kevin, Hopefully this board will grow and grow, I for one am glad to see a re-birth to the hotel! Recently time has been limited for me in terms of trying to re-build and moderate the old forums, I started a new job yesterday ontop of it all too EKKS! I should get back to work here, but wanted to pop in and say Hi and Best wishes on the new board, I will be around to post and such as time allows for sure! Bill  |

Thank you Bill, for the original hotel, and many thanks to Icubud for rebuilding it here. I am so glad to see this board up and running. I hope this board grows with the kind of folks that will respect Steve and all the members here.

Thanks to everyone here for all they do and thanks to Bill for helping everyone rebuildand all that you do for Steve and Moyes. It is great to see the board back up again. It's a beautiful day in the Perry neighborhood.

I'm new also and I hope we have a Perry siteing or news soon.It's been awhile since the World Series and I'm hopeing that he has grown a bit of a pony tail by now. He has been letting his hair grow.
