I know somewhere I had read it or have it somewhere in print but can't recall right now and (don't ask) but I need to know what was the musical note steve wears that his mom gave him.
Was it an 8th or 16th note?
I am 99% sure its an 8th note just confirming...

Pretty sure it's the 8th note. Thanks for posting the interview pieces - I already saved it to my computer! I totally lost track of time and forgot to listen to the interview at 11pm here in Cinti. I caught about the last 20 min. of it.
By the way, WHERE did you find that piece on Steve singing a different set of lyrics to "Missing You" that you have playing on your Perry Website? I LOVE IT!!!

That was just some writing session type thing on a cd I had traded someone for along time ago, I have a box of cds i need to go thru and label up as to whats on them, oneday once I get settled in I hope to start that (we are in the process of packing to move in december) so at this time things are nuts just trying to get ready to move before snow comes EKKS! It was in the Q&A that he did at Fan Asylum in Feb, Bill. It is an eighth note. I have always wondered about the eighth note necklace you've always worn. If the story behind it is too personal, I understand but I would really love to know what it is. SP: First of all, thanks for respecting my privacy regarding my gold eighth note and chain. I'll tell ya - When I was 12 years old my Mom bought it for me because she believed in me and my music. She told me to wear it for good luck. Now that she's gone, it's even more precious to me so I only wear it on special occasions. Oh and yes - I did wear it during the WOF event.
