www.rollingstone.com/news/story/9257498/teens_save_classic_rock?rnd=1139840531890&has-player=true&version=6.0.11.847I assume this is for public consumption since I had no trouble accessing it... This is a good article and so true. The kids here on the college campus where I work are getting into classic rock, mainly I think because most of the new stuff is such crap. A friend of mine works part time in a music store - she said when she gets to work she immediately puts on some classic rock and kids are always asking what's playing. She put on some Janis Joplin one day and said the kids freaked - "who's that? Is she touring? " She said she hated to tell them J.J. has been dead for 30 years but they bought the cd anyway! :)sparkle
