Okay, so now that JSS is with Journey and the whole Tapegate deal is obvious, isn't it apparent that Perry looks better and better!? Obviously Neal never grew up and Perry just couldn't make music with him anymore.
I predict they make one album with JSS and call it quits, soak up as much money as they can on the tour circuit-AGAIN- and then release one album that will do okay, not sell more than 200K copies and then done!
Perry needs to do something and soon!!! ;D The fans are screaming for him on the boards!!!!

Yea, you are certainly right about Perry looking better and better at every chance we get to see a new picture of him. He still has a huge fan base that continues to keep supporting him, no matter what he decides to do.

I just read over on another site that Neal got divorced yet again, poor Amber! this guy needs to come with a warning label....I guess hanging out with JSS makes Neal want to be back on the touring circuit in full force. Ick. Neal is talented, but he needs to behave.
I don't see what the big deal is about JSS? his voice is not bad, but where's the charm? I miss Perry, he needs to just brave the elements and get out there!! Come on Steve!!!

Well the divorce doesn't surprise me, he usually trades them in on a newer model after a while, and the latest Mrs. Schon is getting on in years for a huge rock star's wife - 25 or so now isn't she?  I like JSS (solo) but I can't see him lasting with Journey because he doesn't seem like the type to put up with all the b.s. Unlike Augeri, JSS is talented and popular in his own right, and Schon & co. need him more than he needs them. Personally, I'd rather have more Perry solo than with Journey. As far as Perry re-joining Journey - that ship has sailed, and Schon is rowing in circles, lol. sparkle sparkle |

Hey what if Perry is really getting in shape for 2008, getting the body and soul there first and the voice slowly!!!!! This JSS thing is a temp. fix for the tour deal I think, so what he can sing the classics and he's got the moves on stage...he does not have the voice for a Journey cd, no way. I think Neal and Perry have a deal in the works. It works for me, how 'bout you guys?

I haven't heard anything about Neal getting a divorce again, but then again I really don't much care about Neal's Personal life. It is WHAT he does concerning Journey that I care more about, and I never cared for Augeri & I'm not into JSS either.
The Journey I LOVE will ALWAYS be the one WITH Perry, that is the Journey I continue to listen to and care about, ANYONE ELSE AFTER Perry will NOT do it for me . It would give me GREAT JOY , if Perry decided to make some more new music for fans. I'm behind Perry all the way!!!

I just read over on another site that Neal got divorced yet again, poor Amber! I have not seen that anywhere. The man just built a house in Minnesota to be closer to her family as well as had a second child. |

He justs wants them out their singing , no matter what is going on with their health. I believe Neal's loyalty should have REMAINED with Perry, being that Perry is the ONE who cowrote the songs, and sang all those GREAT, GREAT songs, and made those songs famous FIRST!!! Also Perry gave A LOT of years to Journey, and gave it his ALL for the band & the fans!! He deserved MUCH BETTER from his fellow band mates & deserved A LOT MORE understanding from THOSE particular fans that judged him, blamed him, and that were SO EXTREMELY critical of him on other boards. With all that said, I don't think Perry would ever rejoin Journey, he has moved on, and MY hope is that whatever he is doing in his life now that HE is very happy!!! Lori |

I agree with you 100% ProPerry, Steve is in a much better place in his life. I guess we should not judge Neal, but its hard not to when he and Jon Cain destroyed the best band that was ever created!!!! They could have done all kinds of other works even if it took 10 more years of waiting for Steve, they blew it. They probably have broken even for thier travels and tours since a lot of it went to other people, speaking of money that is. I don't care if Amber did get a great house in Minnesotta and 2 cute kids, another family was busted up and I know how that feels, not good.
Okay so, ....we gotta find something new to talk about on here.

Well personally , I think "talking positively" about Steve Perry is MUCH MORE fun topic anyway! Every time I put one of my Cd's on or hear THAT VOICE come on the radio, it still brings me SOOOO MUCH JOY!!! Perry will always be the BEST to me!
