I enjoyed the part where Neal and Jon know they are being called Frig and Fro, although Jeremey wrote "Frick", instead of Frig. It's good to know they have seen what fans think of them now. Some of those photoshop pictures I've seen are great.
They will treat their next singer just like they treated Soto, and he was supposed to be Neal's friend! Now we know why SP has had enough of those two for a lifetime.

d**n! Makes you rethink a lot of things. I wonder how Cain's able to sustain any family life. It's obvious that Neal can't. It makes you understand a lot more of the statements that Perry has made about why he turned his back on the circus life.

As much as Journey was on the road touring in the years Perry was in the band, it had to be REAL hard on all their relationships with their families. They certainly had to make some tough sacrifices all those years of touring and being away from their loved ones for so long.

Ya'll should read the latest entry, The Pesky Dealbreaker. It's unbelievable. They basically told him he'd have to practically dump his pregnant wife to be in Journey. There is something seriously wrong with Schon & Cain.

I have read it and all the discussion surrounding it. To start some tabloid blog the way that he has shows an immense amount of stupidity and gross lack of class. I didn't come away with the same feeling that you did. He seems very bitter and is trying to turn what happened around to put himself in a better light. If you read what he says, both in the initial post and in his response within the comments, he contradicts himself. He tries to give the impression that he walked away from the offer because he was so honorable, but in the same breath admits that he called Cain back and told him that he had overreacted to what was said to him. He left the door open, but Journey closed it. Now he's trying to play the victim.

There must have been some heated debate for him to have thrown the statement about what should go on in his bedroom with his wife. Why would he post that on a board like Mr. or anywhere for that matter? Bet he wishes he could delete that. The whole affair appears blown out of proportion to me. It all sounds like sour grapes because of his reconsideration and Cains saying that they had passed on him.

I agree. He is showing what an amateur he is with each post. He has very profanely gone off on a couple of posters over there who don't agree with him. Lora Beard even commented to him about it in one thread. He is cutting his throat careerwise. No one is going to trust him after this. Plus, he has insured that Neal and Jon are going to take swipes at him in their next interview. IMO, he will deserve it. Yea, I didn't come away with that feeling either. I posted over there on that deal breaker thread on how I felt about it. I don't know what others think about this , but how appropriate or professional is that for a person that is audtioning for a band to bring his wife to the interview and audition, and let his wife ask questions that HE should be doing himself?? It would have been different if he put up the blog to put up pictures of them all, and made it about being a fun experience of meeting the band, but this is unprofessional in my opinion to be complaining on the internet about not getting the job. He wasn't guaranteed the job, he was auditioning for it. Just my opinion.

I wouldn't blame Neal or Jon either, if they let Jeremy have it in their next interview, after all he put that blog up there, and makes it sound like he is a victim for simply not getting the job. It's very inappropriate for anyone's spouse to be involved in an interview...not so much the audition because it is better to have an audience. Someone called "Arkansas"...I believe had an interesting observation. It is common for corporations...and Journey is a corporation...to bring potential employees into a social situation...particularly with alcohol involved...to see how they fit in. Apparently, they are looking for certain personality traits. Journey/Journey Management apparently didn't like what they saw. Yea, I didn't come away with that feeling either. (shrugging) The guy probably hasn't said anything that JSS and Augeri don't wish they could say. Although to be honest I didn't read it all, and I usually don't read all the garbage at MR. If he's making a living doing Journey songs he's probably re-thinking his career choices by now anyway lol. To me, NONE of the people in or around Journey have showed any class or professionalism lately. Schon will continue to drag the corpse of Journey around the world with his latest victim for a while, and then it'll be same ol, same ol. Maybe they can open for someone who's popular overseas. David Hasselhoff? ;D

If the truth be known, I would wager that most of the people parading Jeremey around on their shoulders haven't read all of what he has written very closely. If they had, they would see the contradictions. At least you're admitting it. I don't believe that Jeremey actually earns his living as a singer. He has a "day job". JSS and Augeri have much more of a right to speak up, but both of them do earn their living as singers...well, only JSS does now, but they both know that they would be cutting their throats if they did. David Hasselhoff's too tall!!! ;D ;D (shrugging) The guy probably hasn't said anything that JSS and Augeri don't wish they could say. Yea, Augeri and JSS took the "high road" like Perry did. I think they both knew that was the better way to go for their own sakes, than resorting to telling the public.
