or whatever they call that biker rally at Sturgis. Did anyone see this? I had VH1 on when they started covering this. Journey played a song from their new album which left me totally unimpressed. And I'm sorry, I know everyone says what a nice guy Augeri is and he may be a prince among men, but I can't believe anyone seriously thought he could replace Perry as Journey's front man. He has no moves, no personality, nothing. He's just there. He was kinda bobbing around, wearing paisley-looking pants and a girly shirt (I kid you not). They would have been better off with Hugo. Valory had his usual shell-shocked look. Some of the audience in the front looked like they were enjoying it (probably that bunch that follows them around), but most of them were just sitting there. When Schon started one of those endless solos I changed the channel. Sad.

ps - ok, in the interest of fairness, the drummer is amazing and he can really sing.

I saw some of this to on VH1 and was so unimpressed and Neal's comments about the raffle on the Journey bike was just awful. Just goes to show that it's all about the money to him.

I saw some of this and just couldn't watch it. I actually felt embarrassed for them. SA just kind of rocks back and forth holding onto the mic stand...how is that supposed to get an audience involved? Didn't watch it long enough to see the bike raffle interview thing...I just had to turn it. So very, very sad.
