I saw that same picture too. I didn't recognize him. I THINK he had cancer & IF he did I hope he is fully recovered from that terrible disease now.

 How scary is he? Pooor man I can't believe this actually the great guitarist I once admired  I am so truly in awe. I can't think why he looks like that he is out in public poor man. On another note is that his flavor of the month behind him? She looks like a gold digger

OH MY GOSHHHHHHH!!!! He looks terrible and very sick. I saw VH back in August 04 and he played pretty well. It is really sad to see a man who was once an amazing guitarist and kinda cute, go down like this. Drugs and Alcohol does want to kill people..... |

remember how he had a cig lit all the time ? smoking will age a person alot, he looks tough........

Someone on another site said that he's drinking again and still smoking even though he had cancer in his mouth - one of the rags said that's why Valerie B. finally left him, she didn't want to watch him kill himself. Sad.

had to get a new name etc
Eddie had cancer of the tongue, beat it and then started to smoke and drink again too- he was on the wagon etc. but im guessing that is why valerie finally had it w/him. Eddie said in an interview on Lifetime that he knows that if he starts drinking again its over. (this was during a hour of the lifetime of Valerie Bertinelli).
Sad to see him look like he does.
