OT Who will give in?

There are a few days left and I'm thinking that AI and Paula Abdul will come to an agreement. I think that Idol stands to lose a lot of interest if they don't give her most of what she wants.
I know that a lot of folks have no use for the show as it is already but I enjoyed it and have no interest if Paula isn't there.
I usually tune into it when the last 12 are picked.

Maybe Steve will agree to guest appear since he WILL have a new album to promote.

I watched a lot of AI, but haven't heard much about what is going on behind the scenes with the judges. I think it would be a loss for the show if she(Paula) was no longer on AI. She brings her own expertise to the show and is not as harsh as Simon.

And happycamper I would LOVE to see Steve Perry on AI! I believe HE would be a great mentor for the contestants, but best of all would be to hear him sing one of his new songs on the show!!! You know, I keep GREAT hopes alive for his new music!

I think that Paula gave them an ultimatium and they would not accept it. I think that she wants to stay but on some of her terms. So far, she is not going to be with the show and they will have guest stars to fill in weekly. Some one said that it is not written in stone yet. She may do a talk show.

Yeah! Perry should guest and have Randy, with his guitar, perform one of his hits from his, Perry's new album. What a way to promote a new song.

That would be SO COOL to have Randy playing guitar with Steve, it would feel like old times for them performing together. I bet they would sound GREAT together again.
