We can only hope the words by him about working on solo material leads to a release. The Journey question - let me put it this way: Steve Perry solo tour - I will stand in line and pay whatever is needed to see him. The real Journey reunited tour - I will stand in line and pay whatever is needed to see him. The unJourney tour - I will be either watching something on Netflix or my DVR.  BTW - the "he can't sing anymore whiners" stuff. One would THINK that after the same rhetoric was said following the years after ROR that was prior to FTLOSM that they would have shut up. Then FTLOSM blew people away. Then it was - well - he will never tour again, that is a different thing, he can't hide behind a soundboard and crack studio techs - then came the FTLOSM tour and he sounded freaking awesome. Then it was trumped by vocals on TBF. Do you see a pattern here? I am sure if and when he releases a new solo project it will blow the doors off again but this time a Journey reunion tour will not happen. |

I think that will be a very long line!!!
I also think that it is very telling that he chose to sing live for his first real performance. Oh...and isn't Journey on tour??? Upstaged once again! LOL!
